Our Story — The Heart Behind Sunday House
Sunday House began long before it had a name.
For Hannah Sweet, a love for interiors grew into a career after earning her B.S. in Interior Design from Anderson University and going on to work on custom homes, renovations, and luxury residential projects. Through that experience, she learned that the most memorable homes weren’t necessarily the most perfect — they were the ones that felt personal, comfortable, and truly lived in.
When it came time to create a studio of her own, Hannah kept coming back to one feeling: a Sunday morning at home.
Coffee still warm. Sunlight coming through the windows. A slower pace. The feeling that, for a little while, there’s nowhere else you need to be.
And from that feeling, Sunday House was born.
Today, we bring that same sense of warmth and ease to new builds, renovations, and furnishings — creating thoughtful, collected homes that are beautiful, functional, and unmistakably personal to the people who live there.
Because home should be more than beautiful.
It should feel like your favorite place to be.

A Letter from Hannah…
Hi, I’m Hannah!
If there’s one thing I’ve always loved about design, it’s that a home can tell you so much about the people who live there. The little things they collect, the rooms everyone naturally gathers in, the pieces that have a story behind them — those are the details that make a house feel like home.
That’s a big part of why I started Sunday House. I want to create beautiful spaces, of course, but more importantly, I want to help people create homes that feel comfortable, personal, and completely their own.
Getting to be a small part of someone’s home is something I feel incredibly lucky to do. I’ll obsess over the details so you don’t have to, probably get way too excited over the perfect fabric or antique find, and always make sure there’s room for the things that make your home yours.
